IF YOU dream to walk on the beach with perfectly shaped breasts next summer, now is the right time to start making it.

Nadya Fairweather’s trainer of the celebrity recommends a simple exercise for which you will need a smaller ball or a light weight.

“Lay on the floor, bend your knees and squeeze the core. Lift your hands to the air, stretch them out in front of your face and put a ball or weight in your left hand. Breathe in and drop your left hand until you touch the elbow with the elbow. Put your hand back into the starting position and make the same movement to the right. Make as many repetitions as possible in one minute. Make five sets with 30 seconds of rest between each, “explained Fairweather.

The skin on the chest is fragile, and signs of ageing can go very early on. Diet can help about this, says nutritionist Shona Wilkinson.
