Beginners who want to accept exercise with tears and weights often feel bad at the gym because they do not know what to do and they feel like they all look at them.

That’s why coach Kelsey Wells has decided to show that there are simple exercises that you can use to draw weight.

If your goal is to tighten your arms, shoulders, and chest, these four exercises are the solution. Although Kelsey says the exercise was simple, she wrote: “You will find that it simply does not mean it is not serious.”

She argues that results will be quick to show if you practice regularly. It is recommended that these four exercises, which you demonstrated in the video, make up to 10 to 12 repetitions in four sets.
