MAT Fraser grabs attention because of its incredible look. And breakfast.
This crossfit champion regularly exercises and watches on the diet, and that it does not have to be boring, proves his partner, Sammy Moniz, who publishes photos of breakfasts that he prepares at home.
“Cooking as much time as Mat practicing,” she revealed for Men’s Health magazine.
This week, they started out with spinach, dried tomatoes, bacon and eggs. The Moniz recipe posted on Instagram’s profile and revealed that it would certainly take a lot more time to prepare than to choose protein shake. Still, he says that you can prepare the ingredients earlier, arrange it all and freeze, and if necessary just heat it up.
“In the morning when you drink coffee and get ready to go out of the apartment, put them in the oven for a few minutes to warm up and have a perfect breakfast,” she wrote.
In September she published a recipe for satin pancakes with apples and ricotta cheese stuffed with bacon butter. Another recipe for delighting the companions is the one for coriander.
Nutritionist EC Synkowski has previously discovered that Fraser daily has about 4750 calories.
