“Calories are rapidly accumulating, and if you drink too much, it’s more likely that you will not be so concerned about what and how much you eat,” Turoff explained.

Too much alcohol is not good for weight and health. According to the guidelines of American dieticians for the period from 2015 to 2020, it is recommended to drink a glass of drinks per day for women, and up to two for men.
