COLD DAYS are special for many reasons and also because of the tasty, warm and saturated drinks that are often difficult to resist. If you look after your diet and try to eat healthy and have a desire to refrain from calorie hot chocolate, there is a recipe that you can still prepare.

You will need 400 ml of almond milk, two tablespoons of cocoa, two spoons of oats, a spoon of almond butter and two tablespoons of hemp proteins.

Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until you get a smooth mixture. Mix it in a bowl, warm to the desired temperature, pour in the cup and enjoy.
